Joe has spent 30 years abroad, becoming fluent in Mandarin and gaining extensive international experience. With 20 years in business, including over a decade in management, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ESL Success Frameworks. Joe is passionate about helping ESL professionals navigate their career challenges with personalized and practical guidance. Outside of work, he enjoys his wife and three sons, coffee, whisky, and exploring the great outdoors.

Karl W.

Karl brings a wealth of experience from his decades-long career as a leader in the nonprofit and church communities. With expertise in strategic planning, community outreach, coaching, and volunteer management, he has made a lasting impact on numerous organizations and their missions. Now retired, Karl enjoys a quieter pace of life alongside his wife of 58 years, a constant source of joy and support. Though officially off the clock, Karl remains an invaluable advisor at ESF, bringing his thoughtful guidance and leadership experience to our team.
